Our employees proudly and eagerly participate in the annual PSA’s Kua Hong Pak Innovation Award (KHPIA). In addition, SGP has also launched our own SGP Innovation Award (SGPIA) to celebrate the visionary ideas and bold initiatives of our innovators who tirelessly translate concepts into reality. From revolutionizing port and supply chain solutions to enhancing daily workflows, the breadth of projects showcased underscores SGP's commitment to innovation, affirming that innovation is deeply ingrained in SGP's DNA.
As part of the PSA family, SGP employees contribute activity to the iCAN, PSA's inhouse ideation platform for employees worldwide to collaborate, share ideas, and exchange knowledge online. In 2023, one of our staff member was awarded the Top Power User & Top iCAN ideator Award, another testament of the strong innovation culture in our DNA.
